Full Stack Tech Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate is accountable for leading end-to-end system design and development across modern web and cloud-based architecture.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Full Stack Tech Lead Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead technical design and full-stack development, translating UI and mid-tier specifications into scalable system architectures.

• Convert functional and business requirements into secure, high-performance solutions within financial/banking environments.

• Guide and mentor team members by resolving technical challenges, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices.

• Participate in design reviews, TDD sessions, and cross-team collaboration with UI, mid-tier, and test teams.

• Develop, unit test, and integration test applications using modern Java, JavaScript, cloud, and CI/CD technologies.

• Ensure application stability by performing defect analysis, root-cause identification, and managing incidents and environment issues.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with prior technical leadership responsibilities.

• Mandatory experience delivering solutions within the Financial Services or Banking domain.

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, modern front-end frameworks, and cloud-native development using AWS with CI/CD practices.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $64.00 per hour
