Gen Ai Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Gen Ai Engineer for a Contract with a client in McLean, VA/ Milford, Ohio/ San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate with expertise in building autonomous agent-based solutions and multi-agent workflows for end-to-end SDLC automation.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Gen Ai Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents using GitHub Copilot and implement agentic solutions within Salesforce environments.

• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and integrate LLMs (GPT, Claude) for scalable and efficient AI-driven applications.

• Create and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and accuracy across use cases.

• Develop multi-agent workflows to automate SDLC processes including development, testing, and debugging.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and ensure alignment with business needs.

• Troubleshoot, monitor, and enhance AI/ML models and pipelines to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• 8–10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with strong focus on Gen AI and LLM-based solutions.

• Hands-on expertise in prompt engineering, Python, LLMs (GPT, Claude), and frameworks like LangChain with RAG implementation experience.

• Proven experience in building autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows with exposure to Salesforce and enterprise AI integrations.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
