GenAI Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a GenAI Engineer for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing and deploying scalable, secure LLM‑powered solutions on AWS using services like Bedrock and SageMaker.

Rate Range: $56/hour to $58/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

GenAI Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and build end‑to‑end GenAI and LLM‑powered solutions on AWS using services such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.

• Implement and optimize RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, and hallucination control.

• Develop and deploy scalable GenAI APIs and services with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, monitoring, and cost‑efficient cloud architectures.

• Ensure security, compliance, and Responsible AI by implementing guardrails, PII protection, IAM controls, logging, and governance frameworks.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to translate business needs into production‑ready GenAI solutions in an individual contributor role.

• Apply strong Python and PySpark expertise to build, test, and maintain high‑performance AI workloads.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 8–10 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or cloud‑based solution development.

• Strong hands‑on experience building and deploying GenAI/LLM solutions on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) with advanced Python and PySpark skills.

• Proven expertise in implementing RAG architectures, Responsible AI guardrails, and secure, production‑ready cloud solutions with CI/CD and IaC.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $58.00 per hour
