GenAI Fluent Business Process Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an GenAI Fluent Business Process Analyst for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate with proven experience partnering closely with sales organizations to accelerate AI adoption through Business Process Reengineering.

Rate Range: $54/hour to $57/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

GenAI Fluent Business Process Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Discover, map, and document current‑state and future‑state sales and BPR workflows, identifying AI intervention points through journey mapping and stakeholder workshops.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize high‑value GenAI use cases that drive efficiency, quality, and time savings across Sales Operations.

• Design and build AI‑powered workflows using expert prompting, enterprise GenAI tools, and process automation (no code).

• Create and maintain prompt libraries, reusable workflow templates, and AI playbooks to enable scaling and reuse across teams.

• Drive adoption by leading UAT, defining acceptance criteria, gathering feedback, and training champions to build their own AI workflows.

• Communicate outcomes and recommendations to leadership, track adoption metrics, and document best practices to scale AI capabilities enterprise‑wide.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 6–9 years of experience in business process analysis, sales operations, digital transformation, or AI‑enabled process improvement roles.

• Strong GenAI fluency with hands‑on experience designing and building AI‑powered workflows using prompting and enterprise GenAI tools (e.g., Claude), not traditional coding.

• Proven ability to lead process discovery, stakeholder engagement, and change management while driving AI adoption across cross‑functional sales and operations teams.

Pay Details: $54.00 to $57.00 per hour
