Java full stack Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Java full stack Developer for a Contract with a client in Sunrise, FL. This role will design, develop, and support full‑stack Java applications while building and maintaining secure, scalable microservices.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Java full stack Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack Java applications using Spring and Spring Boot.

• Build and support microservices with REST and SOAP APIs in cloud and on‑prem environments.

• Collaborate with QA, application, and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Implement SQL queries, security tokens (OAuth), and address application vulnerabilities.

• Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and version control tools.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and handle day‑to‑day operational support and RCA activities.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack Java development.

• Strong expertise in Java 21, Spring/Spring Boot, microservices, and REST/SOAP API development.

• Proven experience with SQL databases, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven), Agile methodologies, and production support.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
