Junior Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Junior Product Manager for a Direct Hire with a client in Wilkes Barre, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting product strategy, roadmap execution, and lifecycle management across assigned product lines.

Salary Range: $55K/Yearly to $65K/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Junior Product Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Support product vision, strategy, and roadmap development for assigned product lines.

• Assist in managing product lifecycle activities from new product development through end‑of‑life.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Brand teams on product positioning and go‑to‑market efforts.

• Gather and analyze market, customer, sales, and competitive data to inform decisions.

• Support pricing, quoting, and profitability analysis for assigned products.

• Provide product knowledge support to Sales, Customer Service, and end users, including training and demos.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, engineering, or a related role.

• Hands‑on experience with product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and new product development processes.

• Strong analytical and cross‑functional collaboration skills to drive product strategy, pricing, and market success.
