Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst Jr

Akkodis is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst Jr for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for designing and managing digital learning solutions, automating workflows, and supporting AI-driven training initiatives to enhance workforce development.

Rate Range: $24/hour to $26/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst Jr Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain digital learning platforms and ecosystems to support organizational training initiatives.

• Automate workflows and processes using tools like Power Platform, Python, and SharePoint.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective learning solutions aligned with business goals.

• Support development and integration of AI-driven learning and training technologies.

• Manage training projects, track progress, and communicate updates using appropriate tools and methodologies.

• Analyze learning data and performance metrics to continuously improve training programs and user experience.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in training, project management, or learning & development technologies.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and learning management systems (LMS).

• Proven ability to design digital learning solutions, automate workflows, and leverage AI-driven tools for training and development.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
