Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst Jr for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for designing and managing digital learning solutions, automating workflows, and supporting AI-driven training initiatives to enhance workforce development.
Rate Range: $24/hour to $26/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst Jr Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain digital learning platforms and ecosystems to support organizational training initiatives.
Automate workflows and processes using tools like Power Platform, Python, and SharePoint.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective learning solutions aligned with business goals.
Support development and integration of AI-driven learning and training technologies.
Manage training projects, track progress, and communicate updates using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Analyze learning data and performance metrics to continuously improve training programs and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in training, project management, or learning & development technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with Python, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and learning management systems (LMS).
Proven ability to design digital learning solutions, automate workflows, and leverage AI-driven tools for training and development.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
