Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer for a Contract with a client in Brook Park, OH. The ideal candidate must have hands-on manufacturing experience and strong quality assurance knowledge to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional production, engineering, and quality teams.
Rate Range: $34/Hour to $36/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Manufacturing Process Engineer Job Responsibilities include:
Apply engineering and analytical principles to establish, monitor, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, supervision, engineering, and quality to ensure process adherence and improvement.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement innovative, customer-focused manufacturing solutions.
Support and enforce quality assurance concepts, standards, and manufacturing procedures across operations.
Communicate effectively with hourly team members and leadership to address process gaps and drive corrective actions.
Utilize Microsoft applications and manufacturing systems to analyze data, document processes, and support operational decisions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance concepts, with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across hourly production teams, engineering, and quality functions.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
