Manufacturing Process Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer for a Contract with a client in Brook Park, OH. The ideal candidate must have hands-on manufacturing experience and strong quality assurance knowledge to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional production, engineering, and quality teams.

Rate Range: $34/Hour to $36/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Manufacturing Process Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Apply engineering and analytical principles to establish, monitor, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and product quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, supervision, engineering, and quality to ensure process adherence and improvement.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement innovative, customer-focused manufacturing solutions.

• Support and enforce quality assurance concepts, standards, and manufacturing procedures across operations.

• Communicate effectively with hourly team members and leadership to address process gaps and drive corrective actions.

• Utilize Microsoft applications and manufacturing systems to analyze data, document processes, and support operational decisions.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance concepts, with a strong continuous improvement mindset.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across hourly production teams, engineering, and quality functions.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
