Your Role

 Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager – Product & Merchandising job with a client in Bentonville, Arkansas.  Must hold a Associate degree in marketing, design, or related discipline to be considered. You will fully manage Product content release timelines for Photo (kiosk and web), plus additional support for merchandising, marketing and other product updates on both platforms. Will also act as a liaison between Content, Marketing, Product, Catalog and Software teams.

Rate Range: $38/hr. to $42/hr.  The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager – Product & Merchandising responsibilities include:

·       Define and implement tools, processes, and workflows to enhance collaboration and communication between Product Design, Content Strategy, Product Management, Catalog and Software teams.

·       Facilitate alignment of product content development timelines, design asset delivery, and launch schedules to support cohesive product experiences.

·       Monitor and track dependencies related to product content creation, design approvals, and artifact handoffs; proactively engage stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues.

·       Escalate risks or delays affecting product content quality, consistency, or delivery timelines to the Sr. Manager, Product Content & Merchandising.

·       Coordinate all product design content updates across website and kiosk platforms, including seasonal refreshes, interactive category buttons, landing page layouts, and merchandising visuals.

·       Support the execution and delivery of ongoing and seasonal design content refreshes, ensuring a cohesive experience across web and kiosk platforms.

·       Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure product content assets, design elements, and placement are production-ready before launch.

·       Manage content launch readiness across multiple teams including Content, Design,Catalog and Software to ensure seamless rollout on kiosk and web platforms.

·       Maintain and update a content calendar to track occasions, content releases, new product content launches, and merchandising

·       Ensure synchronization of product content updates with kiosk merchandising and marketing efforts.

·       Communicate upcoming content launches and major milestones to leadership and key stakeholders.

·       Track creative assets related to product content production.

·       Ensure timely delivery of design content assets that meet internal quality standards.

·       Manage asset change requests and coordinate necessary revisions with content teams and creative agencies.

·       Help manage intake requests for design content, product and merchandising updates

·       Track approvals across content, merchandising, and product teams

·       Maintain project documentation and timelines

·       Support ongoing improvements to workflow and processes

 

Desired Qualifications:

·       Associate degree in marketing, design, or related discipline is required.

·       Minimum Three years related experience.

·       Must have experience in photo designs such as greeting cards, mugs, etc.

·       Must have experience in data analysis

·       Experience with Asana, Smartsheets or similar project management tools
