Quadient Developer/ Product Owner

Akkodis is seeking an Quadient Developer/ Product Owner for a Contract with a client in Newark, NJ. The ideal candidate will lead product strategy and Agile execution for customer communication solutions in the life insurance and annuity domain.

Rate Range: $68/hour to $71/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quadient Developer/ Product Owner Job Responsibilities include:

• Define and communicate product vision, aligning features and deliverables with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

• Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring clear, well-defined user stories aligned with Agile methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech Leads, Architects, Scrum Masters) to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

• Review and approve deliverables to ensure quality and readiness before release to business partners.

• Lead and mentor teams to enhance collaboration, drive performance, and support continuous improvement.

• Facilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making to support product strategy and execution.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• 15+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in life insurance and annuity domains.

• Strong expertise in customer communication platforms (Quadient, Exstream) with proven Agile/Scrum experience using tools like Jira.

• Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy, manage backlogs, and align stakeholders while mentoring teams and driving complex business solutions.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $71.00 per hour
