Quality Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Analyst for a Contract with a client in Frederick, MD. The ideal candidate will ensure high service quality and operational accuracy by performing quality assurance assessments, analyzing performance trends, and driving continuous process improvements.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Conduct quality assurance assessments and control testing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to quality standards.

• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends and risk areas, and provide insights to improve service quality.

• Analyze QA results and customer data to create reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

• Provide structured feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance and accountability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, support audits, and identify and escalate control gaps or risks.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field required.

• 5–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, manual testing, or operations within financial services or similar domains.

• Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps).

• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting (Advanced Excel), and ensuring compliance with quality frameworks and audit standards.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
