SailPoint IdentityNow Lead

Akkodis is seeking a SailPoint IdentityNow Lead for a Contract with a client in Stamford, CT (Remote). The candidate will lead IAM solution design and implementation while managing identity lifecycle processes and driving integrations, governance, and compliance initiatives.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

SailPoint IdentityNow Lead Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end IAM/IGA solution design and implementation using SailPoint IdentityNow and IIQ.

• Develop and configure workflows, rules, and custom connectors for identity lifecycle and access management.

• Manage application onboarding, entitlement cataloging, and access governance processes including recertification.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure aligned delivery.

• Oversee IAM integrations with enterprise systems such as HR platforms and Active Directory.

• Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot issues, and guide teams on best practices for IAM implementation and operations.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6–8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA), with at least 2+ years in SailPoint IdentityNow/IIQ.

• Strong expertise in SailPoint solution design, IGA lifecycle management, and integration with enterprise systems like HR and Active Directory.

• Proven experience leading end-to-end IAM implementations, including access governance, provisioning, recertification, and custom connector development.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
