Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce FSL Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Santa Clara, CA/Austin, TX. This role involves designing and implementing FSL applications, managing global teams, and ensuring high-performance systems through optimization, troubleshooting, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Rate Range: $37/hour to $38/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Salesforce FSL Technical Lead Job Responsibilities include:
Lead the design, development, and customization of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions for scheduling and dispatch operations.
Build and maintain scalable Salesforce applications and APIs using REST/SOAP integrations.
Configure and optimize FSL data models including work orders, service appointments, and service territories.
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality, scalable implementations.
Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and maintain documentation aligned with best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8–10+ years of experience in Salesforce development with proven leadership experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience leading global teams, with strong skills in automation (Flows, Triggers) and building scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $38.00 per hour
