Senior Analyst – Learning Design

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Analyst – Learning Design for a Contract job with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in learning design, content creation, and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning materials.

Rate Range: $35/hour to $40/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Analyst – Learning Design job responsibilities include:

• Design and develop learning assets including e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and training materials.

• Translate complex brand and development concepts into clear, structured, and visually engaging content.

• Apply and maintain brand guidelines and visual standards across all deliverables.

• Create and refine content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Articulate, and video editing tools (Synthesia, Colossyan, iMovie).

• Improve readability, usability, and flow of existing materials through effective visual and instructional design.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Communications, Education, or related field (or equivalent portfolio-based experience).

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, learning design, or content development.

• Strong ability to translate information into visual and structured formats.

• Proficiency in design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

• Experience creating learning materials, presentations, or structured content.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly in a collaborative environment.

• Portfolio required for consideration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within brand guidelines.

• Exposure to corporate or B2B environments.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms (e.g., Articulate Rise or similar).

• Basic understanding of UX or information design principles.

• Experience supporting learning or training programs.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
