Senior Full Stack LLM Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Full Stack LLM Engineer for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid). This role involves designing scalable full stack solutions, integrating LLM APIs into production systems, and developing secure APIs while driving end-to-end AI feature delivery.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Full stack LLM Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications using Golang backends and React/Next.js frontends.

• Integrate and operationalize LLM APIs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) into application workflows.

• Build and maintain PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and performance optimization.

• Develop secure and scalable APIs in Golang to enable seamless front-end-backend communication.

• Architect and implement AI-powered features such as tool usage, function calling, and context management.

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-driven features, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on AI/LLM-based applications.

• Strong expertise in Golang, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, and building scalable full stack systems.

• Hands-on experience integrating and deploying LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) with secure APIs and AI-driven application architectures.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
