Senior Manager, S4 Hana Technical Team Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Manager, S4 Hana Technical Team Lead for a Direct Hire with a client in Lakewood, CO (Remote). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise ERP strategy, overseeing S/4HANA migration, and ensuring alignment with business objectives across global operations.

Salary Range: $160K/Yearly to $200K/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Manager, S4 Hana Technical Team Lead Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including architecture design, migration strategy, and execution across global systems.

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to ERP teams, ensuring alignment with digital transformation and business goals.

• Manage ERP application portfolio, ensuring system performance, security, upgrades, and compliance with IT standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and implement scalable enterprise solutions.

• Oversee project delivery, resource planning, and budget management to ensure high-quality outcomes on schedule.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, governance processes, and best practices to enhance ERP operations and efficiency.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s preferred).

• 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in senior leadership roles managing ERP/SAP environments.

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, including enterprise architecture, data governance, and digital transformation strategies.

• Proven leadership in managing large global teams, driving ERP programs, and delivering complex projects with strong stakeholder management and business alignment.
