Senior .Net Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Senior .Net Developer for a Contract with a client in Frederick, MD. The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable .NET applications by developing high-quality features, resolving complex issues, and ensuring secure, maintainable code within a product-driven environment.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior .Net Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications, delivering high-quality features and resolving complex technical issues.

• Lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, security best practices, and performance optimization.

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to support efficient and reliable software releases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver product enhancements and improvements.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues while improving system performance and stability.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, support QA/testing activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field required (master’s preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in .NET development, including full-stack application design and enterprise solutions.

• Strong expertise in .NET/C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, and experience with Azure cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

• Proven experience in scalable architecture design (microservices, .NET Core, containers like Docker/Kubernetes) and leading development teams.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
