Service Now Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Service Now Developer for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate is delivering scalable, high‑performance workflows and applications to support enterprise process automation.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Service Now Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using server‑side and client‑side scripting.

• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and record producers to support business processes.

• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, and other backend components to deliver scalable and high‑performing solutions.

• Lead ServiceNow projects from design through implementation, ensuring delivery within defined timelines.

• Collaborate closely with QA teams to test solutions, resolve defects, and prepare applications for production release.

• Create deployment instructions and maintain clear technical documentation within code and project management tools.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including server‑side and client‑side scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Service Catalog/workflow development.

• Proven ability to lead ServiceNow projects end‑to‑end, collaborate with QA teams, document solutions, and deliver high‑quality, production‑ready applications on schedule.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $64.00 per hour
