ServiceNow Architect

Akkodis is seeking an ServiceNow Architect for a Contract with a client in Santa Clara, CA. This role involves designing scalable ServiceNow solutions and integrations, while governing platform standards and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end architecture and innovation.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow Architect Job Responsibilities include:

• Define and lead ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture standards, and governance frameworks to ensure scalability and performance.

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

• Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and AI-driven automation capabilities.

• Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

• Mentor technical teams, conduct design reviews, and act as an escalation point for complex issues.

• Oversee platform upgrades, multi-instance architecture, and enterprise-wide deployment initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 12+ years in IT with 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM), platform governance, and enterprise-scale implementations.

• Proficiency in integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub) and hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and AI-driven automation within ServiceNow.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
