Sr QE Lead Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Sr QE Lead Analyst for a Contract with a client in Washington, DC (Remote). The ideal candidate will lead QA strategy and execution across multiple digital applications to ensure high-quality software delivery throughout the SDLC.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr QE Lead Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end QA activities including test strategy, test case design, and execution across multiple applications.

• Develop and execute manual and automated tests for APIs, microservices, and customer-facing applications.

• Coordinate QA efforts across scrum teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

• Identify, track, and manage defects while providing detailed reporting on QA metrics and test results.

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality.

• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, and test automation.

• Strong expertise in API and microservices testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, and Java-based automation frameworks.

• Proven experience leading QA initiatives, designing test strategies, and managing defect tracking within Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
