Tech Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Tech Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple Agile Scrum teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and delivering product development projects with strong communication and ownership.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $57/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Tech Project Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Drive program-level initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

• Manage multiple Agile Scrum teams simultaneously, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and stakeholder teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Lead end-to-end project management for new and existing product development initiatives.

• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

• Ensure Agile best practices are followed while fostering a proactive, solution-oriented team environment.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 8–10 years of experience in project/program management, preferably within engineering environments.

• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and program-level initiatives.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $57.00 per hour
