Technical Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. This role will manage the end‑to‑end software delivery pipeline, from feature prioritization through deployment, while aligning stakeholders and delivery milestones.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Business Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Manage the end‑to‑end software development pipeline from feature prioritization through production deployment.

• Write clear, detailed acceptance criteria and build a comprehensive library of use cases.

• Lead backlog refinement and prioritization in Azure DevOps in alignment with business and client objectives.

• Coordinate and negotiate priorities across stakeholders and cross‑workstream dependencies.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure delivery against agreed milestones.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and change leadership.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in software delivery, business analysis, or product/backlog management roles.

• Strong expertise in managing backlogs, writing acceptance criteria, and using Azure DevOps to drive delivery.

• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and manage prioritization across multiple workstreams.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
