Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Technical Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI. The ideal candidate will lead complex enterprise platform implementations, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure alignment with business transformation goals.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:
Lead strategic planning and execution of enterprise platform implementations, translating business objectives into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with development teams, IT leadership, and vendors to ensure aligned and efficient program execution.
Manage dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
Facilitate Agile/SAFe processes including PI planning, sprint execution, and continuous workflow optimization.
Analyze program metrics and provide data-driven reporting to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Establish and improve delivery frameworks, processes, and governance to enhance scalability, efficiency, and program success.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
10+ years in IT with at least 5+ years in Technical Program or Project Management roles.
Strong expertise in Agile/SAFe methodologies with hands-on experience in PI planning, dependency management, and enterprise platform implementations.
Proficiency in Jira (including Advanced Roadmaps or Jira Align) with strong data-driven reporting, stakeholder communication, and risk management skills.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $68.00 per hour
