Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end program planning, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of complex telecom initiatives.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Project Manager Job Responsibilities include:
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define scope, schedule tasks, and track project milestones and dependencies.
Monitor project progress, analyze performance against plans, and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while managing critical paths and escalation processes.
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and leadership effectively.
Utilize tools like Jira and Smartsheets to maintain documentation, track progress, and support Agile project execution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably in telecom or IT environments.
Strong expertise in managing cross-functional programs, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Smartsheets.
Proven ability to lead complex telecom or enterprise technology projects, ensuring timely delivery through effective stakeholder communication and strategic planning.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
