Technology Deliver Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Technology Deliver Manager for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate is responsible for owning end‑to‑end delivery across multiple workstreams while managing stakeholders, risks, budgets, and globally distributed teams to ensure successful, compliant, and high‑quality outcomes.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technology Deliver Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex technology programs across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with SOWs, SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.

• Plan, track, and manage delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource utilization across onshore and offshore teams.

• Act as the primary client and senior‑stakeholder point of contact, leading status reporting, governance forums, and escalation management.

• Drive Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models, overseeing sprint planning, release management, and execution tracking.

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, audit, and regulatory requirements while managing production support, incidents, and RCA activities.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, vendor management, and team mentoring to enhance delivery efficiency, reliability, and business outcomes.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical or management discipline; a master’s degree is a plus.

• 15–18+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 8+ years in delivery management or program management roles.

• Proven track record of leading large‑scale, multi‑workstream technology programs with strong client‑facing and stakeholder management experience in enterprise or BFSI environments.

• Strong understanding of application development, cloud platforms, Agile/Hybrid delivery models, and governance, with the ability to manage budgets, risks, vendors, and compliance requirements effectively.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
