XSIAM Migration Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an XSIAM Migration Engineer for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH/ Cincinnati, OH/ Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate is responsible for setting up, validating, and migrating XSIAM environments, including engines, integrations, and large-scale script conversions.

Rate Range: $47/Hour to $49/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

XSIAM Migration Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Set up, configure, and validate XSIAM engines, integrations, and jobs to ensure a stable and secure environment.

• Lead large-scale script conversion efforts from legacy systems to XSIAM, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage dependencies across systems and coordinate integration efforts for seamless migration execution.

• Conduct testing, validation, and production promotion activities to ensure successful deployment.

• Oversee cutover readiness, including planning and execution for smooth transition to XSIAM.

• Provide post-migration support and stabilization, resolving issues and optimizing performance.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 8–10 years of experience in security engineering, migration, or threat intelligence roles.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM and XSOAR platforms, including integrations and migration activities.

• Experience managing end-to-end migration processes, including testing, dependency management, and post-migration stabilization.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
