The Role

As a Network Security Engineer, you will design, build, and support complex network security solutions across an enterprise environment.cYou will work closely with engineering and security teams to ensure systems are secure, resilient, and compliant with Australian Government security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network security architectures
• Engineer and support Next‑Generation Firewalls (NGFW) including:
  • Palo Alto Networks
  • Check Point
• Support and troubleshoot:
  • BGP
  • Load Balancing
  • VPN technologies
  • IPS / IDS
• Detect, analyse, and respond to security threats and incidents
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on secure network design and delivery

Highly Regarded

• Advanced certifications in:
  • Cisco
  • Palo Alto Networks
  • Check Point
  • F5
  • Infoblox
