    We are looking for an I&C Engineer to design and develop Distributed Control System (DCS) architectures and control-command systems for nuclear power plants.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Designing DCS architectures and control-command systems tailored for nuclear power plants.
    • Conducting studies for the selection, supply, and installation of instruments.
    • Drafting technical specifications for DCS, control-command systems, and associated instruments.
    • Performing functional analyses, creating flowcharts, and conducting studies on interlocks and regulation loops.
    • Designing and implementing hardware/software interfaces between control-command systems and field equipment.
    • Preparing tender documentation and assessing technical and commercial proposals.
    • Managing contracts and overseeing the construction, installation, and testing processes at both factory and site levels.
    • Participating in and leading commissioning activities.
    • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering with a specialization in automation, or an equivalent qualification.
    • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of power plant processes, with additional knowledge of nuclear power plants considered a valuable asset.
    • Systems Engineering Expertise: Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles related to Instrumentation and Control (I&C) equipment and the lifecycle of control systems.
    • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of control-command systems and their various applications.
    • Language Skills: Bilingual in French and English, facilitating effective communication in diverse environments.
    • Willingness to Travel: Open to international assignments and geographically flexible, allowing for adaptation to various project locations and requirements.
    • Candidate Profile: A combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills that positions you as a strong candidate for roles in the energy sector.
