We are looking for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to support sheet metal manufacturing activities in an industrial production environment (Aviation and Aerospace industry).

Responsibilities

• Support sheet metal manufacturing operations and production activities.
• Assist in optimizing manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within the production environment.
• Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of manufacturing standards and procedures.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.

Profile

Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Recent graduate or junior profile with strong interest in manufacturing.
• Knowledge or interest in sheet metal manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Bystronic machines is a plus.
• Strong motivation to grow in an industrial production environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
