UI/UX - Software Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an UI/UX - Software Engineer for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA (Remote). The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Figma and Blazor while creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive, high-quality designs.

Rate Range: $49/Hour to $53/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

UI/UX - Software Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and enhance user interfaces for web applications using Blazor, ensuring consistency with UI/UX best practices and branding standards.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback and insights.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into engaging, functional designs.

• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across applications.

• Ensure responsive, pixel-perfect designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms while supporting accurate implementation.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end collaboration for web applications.

• Strong expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design with a proven portfolio.

• Hands-on experience with Blazor and solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective design-to-development collaboration.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
