JOB TITLE:
AI Integration Developer

Hybrid role in Minneapolis, MN OR Austin, TX OR Orlando, FL (2 days per week onsite

Work Authorization: No sponsorship if offered, must be GC Holder or US Citizen due to the nature of the highly regulated industry.

Contract-to-Hire after ~6+ months. Salary is flexible - up to 165K+

Hourly Rate: ~$70-95/hr W2

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Seniority Level/Target years of experience: Experience building APIs, services, or data integrations supporting AI/ML workloads; years of experience not specified.

• Top 3–5 Technical Skills:

  • Strong Python development experience.

  • Advanced SQL and data integration expertise.

  • Experience building APIs, services, and integrations supporting AI/ML workloads.

  • Understanding of model deployment workflows, MLOps, and production AI patterns.

  • Experience working in secure environments with sensitive data and compliance requirements.

• Project Scope/Details/Responsibilities:

  • Build secure integrations between AI models and enterprise systems, APIs, data warehouses, and manufacturing systems.

  • Develop data pipelines for AI inference, including transformations, feature engineering, and metadata enrichment.

  • Implement monitoring, logging, versioning, evaluation workflows, and operational controls for AI-assisted integrations.

  • Ensure compliance with CUI/ITAR requirements, data segregation policies, and U.S.-based data storage requirements.

  • Partner with security teams to implement role-based access controls and row-level security for AI-driven workflows.

  • Collaborate with AI engineers on model deployment, inference architectures, and MLOps practices.

  • Support modernization of legacy systems into AI-compatible formats.

  • Document integration logic, data flows, and operational procedures.
