Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate with strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and Tableau/Power BI for data analysis, reporting automation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Rate Range: $37/Hour to $40/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights within the banking domain.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.

• Write complex SQL queries and perform data analysis using Python or R to support business objectives.

• Automate reporting processes and data pipelines to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations effectively to support decision-making and business strategies.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Entry-level to early-career Data Analyst experience with strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Prior BMO experience and banking domain knowledge is mandatory.

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R, Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $40.00 per hour
