Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL(Remote). Candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in BioNTech application support, a key qualification required for consideration.

Rate Range: $43/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Providing senior-level support for BioNTech applications to ensure stability and performance.

• Troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating with internal teams and BioNTech developers for timely fixes.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional specifications.

• Conducting gap analyses to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.

• Managing application change requests, upgrades, patches, and configurations in partnership with IT teams.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation for issue tracking, resolutions, and support activities.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of experience required.

• Proven background in senior-level application support specifically for BioNTech.

• Strong analytical and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Pay Details: $43.00 to $45.00 per hour
