Your Role
Akkodis is seeking an Azure DevOps (Terraform and Kubernetes (AKS) for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, while automating deployments and maintaining Kubernetes-based application environments.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Azure DevOps (Terraform and Kubernetes (AKS) Job Responsibilities include:
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using Terraform to support scalable and reliable application environments.
Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and containerized applications across development, testing, and production environments.
Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to enable automated, secure, and efficient application deployments.
Automate provisioning and management of Azure resources, including networking, storage, compute, and security services through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Monitor infrastructure and application performance using Azure Monitor and logging tools, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to troubleshoot deployment challenges, implement best practices, and maintain secure cloud environments through RBAC, identity management, and secrets management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related technical field.
6-8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering with a focus on Azure environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Terraform, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud infrastructure automation.
Proven expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline implementation, containerization, Kubernetes administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cloud security best practices including RBAC and secrets management.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
