Business Analysis

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analysis for a Contract with a client in Alpharetta, GA/Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will monitor production systems, manage incident triage, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and operational stability.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analysis Job Responsibilities include:

• Monitor production systems, alerts, and incidents to assess business impact and ensure operational stability.

• Act as the primary business point of contact during production issues, coordinating with support, development, QA, and external teams.

• Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and system enhancements to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support incident triage, prioritization, and resolution while providing clear business-focused updates to stakeholders.

• Validate application environments and oversee post-deployment monitoring to ensure system performance and business continuity.

• Utilize .NET, C#, and SQL Server knowledge to support application troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.

• 8–10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Application Support, or Production Support environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, jQuery, and SQL Server development/support.

• Proven ability to manage production incidents, perform business process analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and system stability.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $47.00 per hour
