    Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Boston, MA. Candidates must have demonstrated experience supporting large‑scale migration programs and documenting complex technical dependencies as a key qualification.

    Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non‑functional requirements for data center exit and cloud migration initiatives.

    • Map integrations, data flows, SSO/MFA identity journeys, and system dependencies, creating interface catalogs and dependency matrices.

    • Develop current‑state and future‑state process flows, architectural diagrams, and dependency maps to support migration planning.

    • Translate business and technical requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for delivery teams.

    • Support UAT planning, interface validation, cutover readiness, and rollback preparation to ensure smooth migration execution.

    • Manage stakeholder communication, risks, RAID logs, and readiness reporting across multiple migration workstreams.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise technology or migration programs.

    • Proven ability to document complex integrations, data flows, identity journeys (SSO/MFA), and system dependencies.

    • Experience working on data center exit, cloud migration, or application modernization initiatives with strong stakeholder‑management skills.

    Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
