    Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL/Minneapolis, MN/ Boston, MA(Hybrid). You will also be responsible for managing reference data and preparing key functional and user‑training documentation.

    Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Capture and document detailed business use cases and workflow requirements.

    • Define and maintain Source‑to‑Target (S2T) mappings, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and data quality or business rules.

    • Manage reference data and establish access control requirements.

    • Prepare functional design documents and user training materials.

    • Coordinate and support SIT/UAT testing cycles to ensure successful delivery.

    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.

    • Strong understanding of Data Analysis and hands‑on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) applications.

    • Demonstrated ability to define S2T mappings, business rules, and data quality requirements.

    Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
