    Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical execution by documenting requirements and mapping end‑to‑end processes.

    Rate Range: $56/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications.

    • Analyze current‑state and future‑state business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

    • Facilitate UAT activities, ensuring migrated applications and processes meet defined business objectives.

    • Support change management by assessing business impacts, developing training materials, and communicating updates to stakeholders.

    • Collaborate with teams to map, validate, and ensure the integrity of data throughout the migration process.

    • Proactively identify risks, maintain issue logs, and work with project leaders to drive mitigation and resolution.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

    • 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology, migration, or transformation programs.

    • Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

    • Strong background in data migration, UAT coordination, and cross‑functional stakeholder communication.

    Pay Details: $56.00 to $60.00 per hour
