    Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL(Hybrid). You will troubleshoot L1/L2 issues and manage daily operational workflows to ensure seamless Claude platform experience.

    Rate Range: $41/hour to $42/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Business Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

    • Monitor and analyze daily Claude platform operations to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.

    • Provide L1/L2 support by troubleshooting user issues, resolving technical problems, and escalating complex cases when necessary.

    • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to streamline workflows and enhance platform performance.

    • Support user onboarding by delivering guidance, documentation, and training materials to ensure a seamless experience.

    • Manage high-volume operational tasks with accuracy and strong attention to detail while maintaining service quality.

    • Track operational metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decisions and operational best‑practice development.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Operations, or a related field.

    • 2–4 years of experience in an operations analyst, technical support, or SaaS support role.

    • Strong troubleshooting ability with hands-on experience providing L1/L2 support in a fast‑paced environment.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.

    Pay Details: $41.00 to $42.00 per hour
