Business Systems Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Business Systems Manager for a permanent job with a client in Claxton, Georgia. This position is looking for someone to be the primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for Infor Visual ERP. Manage system configuration, workflows, permissions, reporting, troubleshooting, upgrades, testing, and user support.

 

Salary Range: $75,000/year to $85,000/year; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

(Job Title) job responsibilities include:

·         ERP Ownership

• Primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for Infor Visual ERP.

• Manage system configuration, workflows, permissions, reporting, troubleshooting, upgrades, testing, and user support.

• Understand system controls, not just ERP navigation.

• Build SOPs

• Establish controls

• Create access governance

• Improve data integrity

• Support operational standardization

• Develop scalable business processes

·         This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, processes, and controls within a growing manufacturing organization.

·         The successful candidate will become the organization's primary ERP and business systems lead, help establish IT governance, support future growth initiatives, and potentially build out the company's internal business systems function over time.

Desired Qualifications:

• Infor Visual ERP experience

• Manufacturing industry experience

• ERP administration/support experience

• Reporting and SQL experience

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and wear multiple hats
