Customer Experience Operations Professional

Akkodis is seeking a Customer Experience Operations Professional for a Contract with a client in Westminster, CO. The ideal candidate will support the administration and optimization of global customer experience incentive and commission programs, ensuring accurate calculations, reporting, and process efficiency.

Rate Range: $32/Hour to $ 34.65/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Customer Experience Operations Professional Responsibilities include:

• Administer and maintain customer experience incentive and commission programs for global team members.

• Perform commission calculations, validate payment accuracy, and support incentive plan management.

• Analyze compensation and operational data using Excel, Salesforce reports, and other reporting tools.

• Collaborate with Compensation, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to resolve compensation-related issues.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance commission planning, reporting, and operational efficiency.

• Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and communicate insights to key stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2+ years of experience in compensation administration, sales/customer success operations, finance, or a related analytical role.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

• Experience with Salesforce reporting, BI tools, commission administration, or incentive compensation programs preferred.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $34.65 per hour
