Data Analyst III

Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst III for a Contract job with a client in Waltham, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience in material planning, supplier management, SAP MM, Ariba, reporting, and supply chain analytics, along with strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Data Analyst III Job Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for material planning, supplier coordination, and delivery visibility across assigned projects and supplier portfolios.

• Coordinate material quoting, procurement, forecasting, expediting, tracking, and delivery activities for inventory and non-inventory materials.

• Support Engineering and Project Management teams with material requirements planning, sourcing coordination, and material readiness initiatives.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and performance reporting related to supplier delivery performance, forecast accuracy, material availability, quality metrics, and project support activities.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Supplier Performance, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Field Material teams to ensure successful material deployment and project execution.

• Analyze supplier data, delivery trends, inventory performance, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and risk reduction.

• Support supplier performance reviews, corrective action planning, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in developing and maintaining material management procedures, reporting standards, governance frameworks, and Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RACI).

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Three to seven years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, materials planning, supplier management, logistics, inventory management, or related operational functions.

• Strong experience supporting capital projects within utility, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering, or construction environments.

• Advanced proficiency with SAP and SAP Material Management (MM) processes.

• Experience utilizing Ariba procurement and supplier management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting electric utility transmission, distribution, substation, or infrastructure projects.

• Familiarity with utility material categories including transformers, switchgear, electrical equipment, cable, protection systems, and construction materials.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools.

• Knowledge of supplier performance management programs, procurement analytics, and inventory forecasting methodologies.

• Experience supporting warehouse operations, logistics, field material management, and inventory deployment activities.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $56.00 per hour
