Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end testing solutions in a cloud environment and implementing API automation using Rest Assured and Postman.
Rate Range: $42/hour to $44/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
Design and implement data integration workflows using Apache Camel and Apache Kafka.
Build and manage containerized applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Git for automated deployment and testing.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using Dynatrace, JMeter, and JUnit.
Work with diverse database systems including Oracle, Couchbase, Redis, and Hadoop/HDFS to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5–7 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying microservices using Apache Camel, Kafka, and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift in a CI/CD environment.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $44.00 per hour
