    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Charlotte NC. Candidate must have strong capability in managing SQL database environments to ensure high availability, performance, and secure data handling.

    Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining database performance, integrity, and availability across SQL environments supporting core systems.

    • Overseeing high‑availability and low‑latency configurations to ensure reliability for real‑time and batch processes.

    • Implementing secure data practices to safeguard sensitive information and uphold compliance standards.

    • Monitoring database health, capacity, and performance metrics to proactively address potential issues.

    • Supporting payment system workflows by optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and related database components.

    • Coordinating with engineering teams to ensure database solutions align with system scalability and operational needs.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • 10+ years of experience working with SQL databases in enterprise environments.

    • Candidate must have strong capability in managing high‑availability, low‑latency SQL Server environments while ensuring secure data handling.

    • Candidate must have deep expertise in supporting real‑time and batch processing systems using PL/SQL, MySQL, and related database technologies.

    Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
