    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL(Remote). The ideal candidate will be Responsible for administering and securing enterprise identity environments through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring reliable access and compliance.

    Rate Range: $37/hour to $41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Administer, maintain, and secure enterprise identity systems using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

    • Manage GPOs, user/group policies, authentication, and authorization across Windows Server environments.

    • Perform identity lifecycle management including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control.

    • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate IAM operations, reporting, and remediation tasks.

    • Monitor and troubleshoot identity-related issues, ensuring high availability, security compliance, and minimal downtime.

    • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement IAM best practices, audits, and access governance controls.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management with enterprise-scale environments.

    • Strong expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including GPO management and core AD components.

    • Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting for identity administration, automation, and operational efficiency.

    Pay Details: $37.00 to $41.00 per hour
