    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate is specializing in building and refining ML models and algorithms, ensuring high‑quality performance through continuous evaluation.

    Rate Range: $41/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real‑world applications.

    • Implement, test, and optimize algorithms to improve model efficiency and accuracy.

    • Evaluate model performance using statistical and ML metrics, and apply improvements based on insights.

    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and research trends.

    • Generate actionable insights from data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

    • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies aligned with evolving industry needs.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.

    • 0–2 years of hands‑on experience in machine learning, data analytics, or related domains.

    • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and statistical methods.

    • Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn), along with experience using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and Power BI.

    Pay Details: $41.00 to $45.00 per hour
