    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. You must have deep hands‑on expertise in React Native, Redux, JavaScript, and native mobile development, collaborating closely with backend, UX, and product teams to deliver scalable, ADA‑compliant applications with seamless REST API integrations.

    Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Developer Job Responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.

    • Make key technical and architectural decisions, ensuring scalable, secure, and ADA‑compliant mobile solutions.

    • Integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party SDKs while collaborating closely with backend developers for seamless data flow.

    • Optimize application performance, conduct unit testing using Jest, and ensure code quality through best practices.

    • Work with UX designers to implement intuitive, responsive user interfaces aligned with design standards.

    • Coordinate with Business Analysts, QA, and Product Owners to clarify requirements, support testing, and ensure timely delivery.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

    • 10+ years of hands‑on experience in React Native mobile application development.

    • Strong expertise in React Native, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, with deep knowledge of either iOS or Android native development.

    • Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs and SDKs, optimizing application performance, and collaborating across backend, UX, QA, and product teams.

    Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
