    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in AWS, Terraform, GitLab, and automation engineering, with strong expertise in building and deploying cloud‑native applications.

    Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable cloud environments.

    • Build, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for seamless application deployment and delivery.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud and application issues using Splunk, Dynatrace, and CloudWatch.

    • Collaborate with development and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.

    • Implement security best practices, compliance controls, and perform code reviews to maintain coding standards.

    • Provide production support, resolve incidents within SLA limits, and ensure smooth application operations.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

    • 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in AWS, DevOps, and cloud‑native application deployment.

    • Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and Core Java with AWS integration.

    • Proven experience building and managing complex CI/CD pipelines, IaC using Terraform, and cloud security best practices.

    Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
