    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. Candidate must have strong expertise in designing, developing, and administering SAP BO reporting solutions across complex data environments.

    Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Leads the design and development of Universes using IDT, applying advanced concepts such as contexts, aliases, and aggregate awareness.

    • Crafts high‑performance WebI reports and performs custom SQL analysis to ensure accuracy and optimized data retrieval.

    • Oversees SAP BO platform administration, including security management, content migration, and scheduled operations through CMC.

    • Collaborates with data architecture teams to support dimensional modelling and fine‑tune queries for Teradata and Snowflake environments.

    • Navigates Agile and ITIL workflows by coordinating development activities, enhancements, and sprint tasks via JIRA and ServiceNow.

    • Addresses complex universe linking, integration challenges, and SQL generation issues through advanced troubleshooting techniques.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

    • 6–8 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects development and administration.

    • Strong expertise in SAP BO 4.3, including IDT Universe design, WebI reporting, and SQL query optimization.

    • Proven ability to manage SAP BO platform operations, coordinate migrations, and troubleshoot complex reporting and data integration issues.

    Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
