    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Whitakers, NC. Candidate must have strong MES expertise using Apriso to support, troubleshoot, and enhance manufacturing systems while resolving user issues and coordinating fixes across integrated platforms.

    Rate Range: $60/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Supporting and maintaining MES applications by prioritizing and analyzing support tickets to ensure timely issue resolution.

    • Performing testing activities for enhancements, fixes, hot patches, and new MES/PLC functionalities.

    • Raising problem reports and change requests when issues require code-level modifications.

    • Collaborating with BI, ERP, IT, and other teams to resolve cross‑system impacts affecting MES operations.

    • Executing MES configurations, HMI simulations, and MES-PLC/OPC integration testing.

    • Delivering user training, troubleshooting assistance, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

    • 4–6 years of experience in MES development, support, and manufacturing systems.

    • Client requires strong expertise in Apriso/FlexNet MES with hands‑on CMES and controls integration.

    • Client requires proficiency in troubleshooting, requirement definition, and MES–PLC/OPC interfacing.

    Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
